sterlingirl at 04:40pm on 20/04/2009A few minutes ago I told JX that it was time to complete his reading journal. He proceeded to run around the house ("Ready! Set! GOOO!") for 2 minutes like he was running a race (with commentary). After that was done he told me he was too out of breath to do his story.
"How long will it take for your breath to come back?" I asked him.
"Thirty-six hours," he replied.
Only 5 years old and already finding excuses to not do his homework. At least they're humourous reasons!
